Not all coupon amounts match inserts in other cities or newspapers and not all inserts have the same amount of coupons. Smart Source coupons are printed by News America. Red Plum coupons are produced by Valassis. Red Plum coupons are mailed to homes in some cities like Cleveland, so those inserts will be received later in the previous week. The schedule is subject to change.<\/p>\n
