Maybe if we force everyone to have a savings account, it will fool the criminals into saving instead of spending their money. Too much money on savings = no need for crime. In rebates I usually save around $3,500 a year. And it’s only a couple hours to do so each week. If these same criminals took the time to use coupons and do rebates they would be better off than robbing someone.<\/p>\n
