\nIf a store goes out of business, don’t get lured by low percentage off their initial sales. Most regular sales offer 30 to 50% off an item. I usually wait until the store goes at least 50% off. Otherwise it’s not that great of a sale.

ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME VOTE <\/strong>
\nThe nominees for induction into the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame have been announced. A lot of diversity with this group. Now is your chance to vote for your favorites. I’m going with Kiss, Genesis, and ABBA. The others are iffy or just need to wait longer. Yes, I’m a freak and like ABBA. I’ve seen Phil Collins as a solo act and not with Genesis. He’s good. Kiss just defines rock. <\/p>\n

I’ve seen quite the assortment of acts from Metallica, Van Halen, Neil Diamond, Cindi Lauper, U2, Barry Manilow, Duran Duran, Whitney Houston, Def Leppard, Cher, Bruce Springsteen, Celine Dione, AC\/DC, Madonna, Fleetwood Mac, Go-Gos, and Depeche Mode. I like bluegrass, rock, techno, urban, and 80s. I can’t stand jazz. Jazz reminds me of nervous waiting-in-line music. But who am I to be critical of music. Just look at some of the treats I saw. There are some acts I’d like to see that I haven’t yet or wish I did. They include the Beatles (snap), ABBA, and Josie and the Pussycats. <\/p>\n
