Try to find the minimally stocked items online on their web-site. Some stores are offering free shipping when purchasing online.<\/p>\n

And if you are planning to camp out overnight to stay in line to get the best deals, make sure you stink real bad. It might help you move up in line.<\/p>\n

\u2026never did I think I\u2019d be telling thousands of people about the best underwear deals. It\u2019s all good. Maybe one day I\u2019ll open a store called Joe\u2019s Secret. I\u2019d put indicators on the underwear when it needed to transition into being a rag to wash cars.<\/p>\n

BBB <\/strong>
\nAn investigative team did a great job in finding discrepancies on BBB ratings. Companies with hundreds of complaints got better grades than companies with one complaint. Paying for membership got them better grades. I noticed the issue when we would travel and the hotel, although seemingly top notch, didn’t get a good grade or none at all. After talking to the hotel management they said that they didn’t want to pay the annual fee just to get a good grade or graded at all. It made me wary that the hotel couldn’t afford the fee, but also made me question BBB tactics. But I can make the determination about how good they were with the number of complaints. I like Travelocity’s ratings better though since travelers would report what they found with the hotel. <\/p>\n

THE HOLIDAYS <\/strong>
\nAbout this time of the year some people get sad. The holidays might remind them of bad relationships with family, lost loved ones, or rememberance of crappy presents that a drunken Santa Claus gave them. Things happen for a reason. But instead of being sad, think of things you can do to make you happy. When I get sad I skip. Go ahead and try it now. I’ll wait. ……see what I mean! There is absolutely no way you can be sad and skip at the same time. Did you ever see someone crying while they were skipping? I haven’t. It just can’t be done I say. It’s like sneezing and keeping your eyes open. It’s impossible. <\/p>\n

Another thing to try is to speak with a new accent. When I worked at a telemarketing agency during college I got bored one day and decided to speak with a Texas twang. I went through the whole phone survey while doing my best country drawl. The other person didn’t know who I was so they had no idea I was faking an accent. The people I worked with near me did and they looked at me funny when I started it. They were amused with it as will you if you give it a try. So next time you are at a store, speak with the person in a totally different voice. It will make you happy, <\/p>\n

Next try telling complete strangers how you feel. One day while I was drinking coffee I told the waitress how I miss my pet opossum. It’s beady eyes and loving hisses just brought me back to the days of when life was more peaceful. We used to play in the yard and it would give me these scratches because it loved me so much. I’ll never forget the time when it was in the garbage eating some discarded food and I decided to surprise it. I snuck up on it and yelled “Boo!” It must have really loved me because it gave me extra scratches that day.<\/p>\n

So get out of your funk by trying some new behavior that will keep you from thinking about things that make you depressed. It worked for me! <\/p>\n
