RAVING LUNATICS <\/strong>
\nWe were in downtown Willoughby showing some west-siders all the different places there. All of a sudden this hippie-looking guy comes out of nowhere and says something about a space station at 9:21 and some other jibberish I couldn’t understand as he buzzes by us. He kinda looked like Hall or is it Oates from Hall & Oates, the one with the mustache. We all looked at each other wondering what was wrong with the guy. He then stops to clarify himself that the space station was going to be visible for 6 minutes starting at 9:21 and he pointed to where it would be coming. He was real excited about it. He then high-tailed it to where-ever he was going. <\/p>\n

Sure enough, at around 9:21 as I looked up into the sky where he said it should be coming from I saw a light that was high up in the sky and moving quickly in the direction he said it was going. So crazy man was right. And here I though he was a raving lunatic. <\/p>\n

We did that thing too where we were all pointing at it and people got up out of their chairs by Arabica to look to see what we were looking at. I think we will have to do that everywhere we go for my amusement.<\/p>\n

It got me to thinking if I blurted out something to people as I walk by them would they think I was crazy or would they take what I had to say to heart. It had to be full of wisdom, knowledge, or nonjudgemental fun. So I tested it out.<\/p>\n

I came across an elderly couple on their way to the store. I ran around them in a counter-clockwise circle shouting “i before e, except after c!”. I yelled it again louder to make sure they heard me. I shined a flashlight in their eyes to make sure they were paying attention.<\/p>\n

I wanted to hear what they said to each other afterwards so I hid behind a shopping cart as I moved alongside them. The lady turned to her husband and said “Did he just say he need some Vitamin C?”. The husband said “No, I think he said he had to pee.” <\/p>\n

They didn’t understand what I said so remembering that the hippie-guy came back again to clarify himself I decided to do the same. I jumped up from behind the cart and this time I ran clockwise around them and said “i before e, except after c!” The lady cold-cocked me with her purse and I landed on the ground with a thud. As I looked into space I think I saw a space station puttering in the sky. I waved to the astronauts. …they didn’t wave back.<\/p>\n

\n10) Intimacy is not having a cashier brush their hand up against yours when they hand back your change.<\/p>\n

9) Sneezing in ones hand is not magically sanitary and is like not cool when then shaking anothers hand.<\/p>\n

7) If you are not happy, you should not whistle.<\/p>\n

6) Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Instead judge it by it’s Dewey Decimal classification.<\/p>\n

5) If a person insists you go ahead of them in line, it’s appropriate to curtsey.<\/p>\n

4) Langostinos aren’t really lobsters. They are more closely related to the hermit crab (for real). Restaurants will pay hell when they try to cover that up. Same goes for fake crab meat.<\/p>\n

3) Never raise the roof during slow songs while you are driving.<\/p>\n

2) When the dentist moves the suction thingy in my mouth it is means they are annoyed.<\/p>\n

1) When a recipe calls for two cups of butter they mean butter and not loser margarine.<\/p>\n
