I sprinkle a little sugar on my grapefruit since it can be a little tart. I use the merry-go-round method to eat it. Shovel some out with a spoon, move onto the next segment, and so on until I finish it with sweeping motions around the whole inside to get any straggler pieces and juice. I then cough up the seeds. And then finally, I use the remains of the grapefruit husk to wear on my head as a little cap.
