You’re lucky if they call you back. It took 7 calls over 2 months to get a call back to schedule an appointment. I had purchased livingsocial vouchers so I had to get them to honor them somehow. After I finally left oh-not-so-nice voicemail, they called me to schedule an appointment. Apparently some one forgot about me and didn’t get the car. I called 3 times the day of the appointment to find out what the deal is. Finally I called livingsocial and filed a complaint. 10 minutes later, I got a call from S.K to reschedule my appointment because they are busy.
The one issue about the ‘Deal a Day’ deals is that they get oversold sometimes. Too much business can actually be bad when they don’t have enough help to take care of all the new business! They really need to limit some of the deals so that situations like yours doesn’t happen.
Well somethings haven’t changed. Six months after I got the Living Social Deal for $40 I still can’t get ahold of anyone, Now they moved 4530 Rennasance Pky 44128 440-461-9033 but I was able to find them with internet search. My wife had her car done there and they did an OK job, not a $150 detailing job, while $40 for what they did was good it wasn’t a great deal.
