WANTED SIGN
So, I saw this sign after getting off the freeway. Wanted: Men that love to sing. Huh. Now, of course, I have to call the number. Not that I particularly like to sing, but something just doesn’t seem right as I’ve seen these signs all over the place. Why the eagerness to find men that sing?
Before I call I’m thinking this has to be a joke of some sort. Or maybe it truly is someone that wants to get a bunch of men together to sing, but that sounds a bit odd. I mean, I’ve never seen a sign that said – Wanted: Men who like to cough. Or what might be more popular – Wanted: Men who like to drink beer. What about all the women who like to sing. Can they join?
So I called the number. Got their answering machine. I didn’t leave a message. I figured I would just call later on. Well, I didn’t have to. They called me back 15 minutes later. Apparently they saw the number I called on and rang me back. Why so eager again I thought? Do they always call back numbers of people that call them when they don’t leave a message? So I drilled him with tons of questions.
So what did I find out? I found out that they are a group of men that get together who like to sing.
GIANT EAGLE
