Free parking on Black Friday at downtown Cleveland parking meters.
Tip – As of today parking meters aren’t checked after the times listed on the signs during the week. So if the sign says one hour parking from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM, then they don’t check the meters after 6:00 PM and up until 8:00 AM. They don’t check them on weekends also.
