GIANT EAGLE
In Thursdays, March 17th Cleveland Plain Dealer there is a $1 off per gallon at GetGo with a new or transferred prescription coupon in the front page section. Good move by Giant Eagle as in Ohio a bad law that limits one transfer for the year went into effect. So with it being good for new prescriptions that will help. Please let me know if you run into any issues using it.
At Giant Eagle they also have some free antibiotics, diabetes medication, $4 30-day supply on 400 generic medications, and $10 90-day supply on 400 generic medications. They also price-match competitors prices.
Also, check out this week’s Wednesday PD for a free cup of coffee coupon at AM/PM.
I was at a “seminar” you gave about a year ago. You are AMAZING!! I’ve saved so much money using your advice. Do you know which days the Giant Eagle prescription coupons are in the paper? Thank you for your help!
Thanks Susan! Stash all that extra cash in the piggy bank! The PD puts the coupon in the Sunday paper every so often. I’ll post it when I see it in the paper. And you’re welcome!

Hi, I’ve been using the Giant Eagle coupons from the PD and then from Ebay but they have stopped showing up other than the new Ebay listing for a $25 gift card with a new or transferred prescription- this seller is on the west side of Cleveland and claims to have found the coupon(s) at his doctors office and is auctioning them off one at a time for over $15 which is just plain WRONG. Do you know of any prescription coupons other than Meijers? Thank you,Ken
Hello Ken,
There is a prescription coupon in the Our Town coupon book for Marcs. Otherwise, nothing out recently. Last month there was one in the Target ad. Many stores accept competitors coupons for these type of coupons. I expect more out now that the ruling for the one transfer rule was overturned. Check out any grand openings for Giant Eagle for the coupon in their ad too. And yes, selling them for $15 isn’t right when they can be had for free when available! Good luck! Keep an eye on my blog for a post on any new ones I find.
