There are no Tops in Ohio anymore, but I stopped at one the other month when I was travelling in New York. Got a few good deals. They still double up to 99 cents at all times. I miss their triple coupons. Ahh, memories. The triple coupons made me as happy as a strawberries in rhubarb pie.
